San Diego Arts Foundation's Board of Directors have the responsibility to oversee the operation of the Arts Foundaton and to ensure that our mission stays focused on supporting the Arts, young & aspiring artists, and our community!
All Board members and staff serve as volunteers. 100% of all donations goes to support our programs!

Jeff PerwinChairman of the Board & Executive Director
Jeff has a passion for the Arts, Artists, and our Community!
In his professional life, Jeff is the real estate broker at Pacific Capital Realty. His community service included Chairman of the Linda Vista Community Planning Group, Vice-President of the Linda Vista Town Council, President of the Kearny Mesa Kiwanis Club, and currently as Chairman of the San Diego Children's Coalition.
Carolyn BellVice-Chair & Casting Director
Carolyn's profession life is a real estate agent at Pacific Capital Realty and she is a mom of three teenage boys. Carolyn's community service has been extensive and includes volunteering with parent teacher organizations and community sports. She is also serving as a board member of the San Diego Children's Coalition.
Geoffrey Smith, M.D.Director
Dr. Geoffrey Smith practices Otolaryngology throughout Southern California and is serving as a board member of the Museum of Man in Balboa Park and is also Vice-Charman of the San Diego Children's Coalition.
Danny ProppDirector
Danny is the radio show personality and hosts A Solutions for Non-Profit (SNP) Radio. He is serving as the Executive Director for the Greater Save and is a board member of our sister charity, San Diego Children's Coalition. Danny has also previously served as the Executive Director of the San Diego Senior Games.
Harry CrouchDirector
Harry is the President of the National Coalition for Men and is also a board member of our sister charity, the San Diego Children's Coalition.
